About Reservations

How do I apply?

You can apply using the form on the website.

How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?

We recommend making your reservation at least one month in advance, as we may not be able to secure your desired date, time, and location.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

After your reservation is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photo shoot date.

About Photography

I would like to have both a fitting and a photoshoot during my short stay in Japan. Do you have any studio space available?

Availability varies depending on the plan you choose. After you select your photography course, we will check availability, so please feel free to contact us.
Can I request a specific taste or style for my ideal photos?

Of course it is possible. If you have any requests regarding poses or shooting style, please feel free to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you have any reference photos, please bring them with you.
Can I bring any items I want to take with me during the photo shoot?

You may bring props for the shoot. However, please note that you cannot bring in fragile items or items that may damage the costumes. As the shoot location will be changed during the shoot, we may restrict the props you can bring into the location.
Can I have my picture taken if I am pregnant?

Photography is possible if you are in the stable (mid-term) stage of pregnancy. Kimonos are not recommended for pregnant women or those with health concerns, as kimonos are traditional Japanese garments that are layered and tightly wrapped. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of wearing a kimono.
Is it possible to have both Japanese and Western style photo shoots on the same day?

Yes, it is possible. We recommend shooting in one day if possible. Please feel free to contact us.
Is it okay to take photos with my cell phone or personal camera?

Yes, you are welcome to take photos with your camera or cell phone.
How long does the photoshoot take?

It will take approximately 2 to 6 hours depending on the course and location.
If shooting at night, what time should you shoot?

"For night location shoots, shooting will begin after the sun sets.
If you would like studio shoots or other daytime locations, we will schedule them around the time of the night location shoot."

Costumes, hairstyles and makeup

Is there anything I need to prepare?

We will provide sneakers, but if you would like casual wedding photos, please bring your own sneakers. If the bride is unsure about the heel height or size, she can also wear her own pumps for the photo shoot.
Can I consult about my makeup style?

Of course, you can contact us via online meeting, email, or WhatsApp before the shoot.
Are the clothes available in different sizes?

Most stores have sizes S to LL available. Sizes larger than LL are limited in number and variety, so please let us know during an online meeting or when visiting.
Can I bring my own costume?

Yes, you can bring your own costumes. In order to avoid any issues with shipping or storage, we ask that you bring your costumes with you to the shoot. Please note that there are no discounts for bringing your own costumes.

About Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Can I cancel or change a reservation for a course that includes location shooting?

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by phone or email.
What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

Even if the weather worsens after the shoot has started, we will not cancel the shoot and will continue to shoot until the end, however we will make every effort to accommodate. If the shoot is canceled at the customer's request, a cancellation fee will be charged.
What happens to the 30,000 yen deposit if I cancel the shoot?

A cancellation fee will be charged.

About Products

To what extent do photos get retouched?

Basic retouching includes:
1. Skin retouching (adjusting acne and skin tone)
2. Face and body slimming (choose from five levels to achieve your desired style)
3. Removal of pedestrians and obstacles (we will remove unnecessary objects as much as possible)
4. Retouching messy hair
What is the resolution of the photo?

The photo resolution is approximately 3800 x 2600 pixels. The photo data will be delivered as a JPEG file.
How can I get a soft copy of the photo?

After the shoot, you can download the photos from the dedicated URL we will send you (photos with closed eyes, etc. will be deleted when we hand them over to you).
If I purchase an album or other product, can it be shipped overseas?

Yes, it is possible. Please note that the number of days it takes for your order to arrive may vary depending on the shipping destination.
