About Reservations

How does the application process work?

You will be able to apply using the form provided on our website.

How far in advance do I need to book my photo shoot?

We recommend that you make your reservation about one month in advance, as we may not be able to secure your preferred date, time, and location.
Do I need to pay a deposit when I make a reservation?

A deposit (non-refundable) will be required after the reservation is confirmed in order to secure the shooting date.

About Photography

I would like to have both a fitting and a photo shoot during my short stay in Japan, do you have a studio available?

Availability varies depending on the plan you choose. Please feel free to contact us to confirm availability after you have selected a photography course.
How long does it take to take a picture?

Typically takes about 3-6 hours, depending on the plan and location.
Can I request my ideal photo taste and style?

Of course it is possible. If you have any requests for poses, shooting style, etc., please feel free to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you have any reference photos, please bring them with you.
Can I bring my own props to the shoot?

You may bring your own props for the shoot. However, please note that you may not bring fragile items or items that may damage costumes. As we will be moving from one location to another during filming, we may restrict you from bringing props to the filming location.
Can I have my picture taken if I am pregnant?

Photography is possible if you are in the stable (mid-term) stage of pregnancy. Kimonos are not recommended for pregnant women or those with health concerns, as kimonos are traditional Japanese garments that are layered and tightly wrapped. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur as a result of wearing a kimono.
Is it possible to have both Japanese and Western style shoots on the same day?

It is possible. We recommend taking pictures in one day if at all possible. Please feel free to contact us.
Can I take pictures with my cell phone or personal camera?

Yes, you are free to take pictures with your camera or cell phone.

Costumes, hairstyles and makeup

Is there anything I need to prepare?

We will provide everything here, but please bring any sneakers you would like to wear or any heels you would like to wear.
Can we discuss the style of makeup?

Of course it is possible. Please contact us by e-mail or phone if you have any requests before the shoot.
I am worried about finding the right outfit for the shoot. Are there many costumes to choose from?

We offer a wide variety of costumes. We have a large selection of costumes in a variety of styles including dresses, tuxedos, and kimonos. Costumes are updated regularly, so please choose from our inventory on the day of the shoot.
Do your clothes come in different sizes?

Each store offers clothing in sizes S-LL. If you wish to order, you will need to have your body measurements taken in advance. Also, please let us know if you need a special size, as we have a limited number of special sizes available, and there is a field to enter this information on the reservation form.
Can I bring my own costume?

Yes, you can bring your own costumes. In order to avoid problems with shipping and storage, we basically ask that you bring your own costumes to the shoot. Please note that we do not offer discounts for bringing your own costumes.

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, AMERIACAN EXPRESS, Diners, UnionPay).

About Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Can I cancel or change a course reservation that includes location shooting?

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to cancel or change your reservation.
What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

As the shooting date approaches, please check the weather forecast and if the probability of precipitation or snowfall is 50% or higher, we recommend that you decide to postpone the shooting.
*There is no limit to the number of times we can postpone due to weather. (Free of charge)
*Free of charge for up to three schedule changes for your convenience.
What happens to the 30,000 yen deposit if I cancel the shoot?

A cancellation fee will be charged.
